Goat.sheep.cow. is a sophisticated purveyor of imported and domestic cheeses and an amazing selection of wines. It is a clean, organized, and wonderfully presented hidden gem. The shop offers a wonderful selection of high-quality meats and cheeses, with so many fun cheeses to choose from, including an out of this world camembert with truffle cream. Every day they make a limited number of baguette sandwiches, like one with Brie, ham, fig jam, and arugula, which are delicious. It is also a great place to order elegantly prepared cheese and charcuterie boards. The friendly folks clearly love what they do and have incredible knowledge, which they deliver in an easy to understand manner. They provide fantastic suggestions and impressive customer service, taking care to ask about tastes and put together great spreads. The dedication and respect they have for their craft is evident. For many, it is a favorite place that creates dear memories and is a must-visit in Charleston.

Tripp and the other young girl were very helpful. The cheese is outstanding. Nice little hidden gem. Please stop by. I'm not much of a wine person, but they had plenty of bottles.

The whole family loved the charcuterie board. I just wish the company had labeled the cheeses. This would make it easier to reorder or even tell a friend 🧡
