They go above and beyond, providing great customer service and answering all questions. They are easy to deal with and knowledgeable about insurance issues, removing stress by helping with insurance conundrums. They offer an in-house discount card for savings. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner, and the staff ensures a hassle-free experience, even making special arrangements for deliveries or out-of-state needs. Dottie's is consistently impressive.
I used to wonder how a small pharmacy could make it right next door to CVS. I tried Dotties over CVS once and then quickly moved all of my pharmaceutical needs to Dottie's. They are friendly and phenomonal.
