Kiara helped me and was so friendly. She helped me walked through the options of paying/getting the car because I didn't have the right setup at first. This place ended up being about half the price of the enterprise right down the road. The car looks nice and smells fine. Overall very happy.

Megan is a life saver. She answered the phone when the location we rented from didn’t, answered our questions and helped us switch our rentals as needed in a weather emergency. She is kind, hard working and a problem solver and single-handedly saved our trip. Best ever! Give her a bonus she earned it.

I've read all the reviews and I'm happy to say that wasn't my experience. I needed a rental immediately due to my car getting flood by a hurricane while I was on a cruise in the Bahamas. I had to drive from SC to FL. I think it was Ana who helped me and she was amazing.
