“Over the 2023 Christmas holiday my mom was visiting and my car had a headlight out. I rented a car since it gets dark at 5PM, we needed two headlights! While picking up and returning the car I worked with Joe and he is excellent. I ended up with a Mazda CX-5. Enjoyed the car so much I bought a brand new one before returning the rental! It was all meant to be!!!”
