I had a 9:15 appointment. Not sure why they make appointments. I have been waiting 30 minutes and there are 10 people also waiting. One person working in the lab.

I was expecting misery based on these reviews. I had to do a pre employment drug screen. There were probably 5 people when I arrived and 6 more showed up while I was waiting. Took maybe 30-40 minutes without an appointment and everyone was super nice. Very nice staff!

Tamika did an amazing job with my blood draw!! I usually pass out or feel faint when I give blood due to vasovagal, this is one of the only times I haven’t felt that way and it was thanks to Tamika! She was so warm and friendly and talked to me the whole time. And I had to give a lot of blood! Highly recommend.
