I bought a suit from Men’s Wearhouse, so I thought this would be the best place to get the pants tailored. I was wrong. They would rather make customers wait a ridiculously long time to wear the clothes we buy from them than hire another tailor. I’ll be back to return the suit, and then I’ll shop elsewhere from here on out.

As a long-time customer of Men's Wearhouse, I have regularly relied on their services for my formal attire needs. However, my recent experience with the West Ashley, SC facility has left me thoroughly disappointed. I placed an order for a tuxedo, as I have done annually since 2017, and encountered a series of issues that significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the company.The primary source of my dissatisfaction stems from the slow and inattentive service I received from a staff member at the West Ashley location. Despite my request for the order to be shipped to facilitate pickup, I was misinformed about the tuxedo's location. Upon visiting the North Charleston facility, as directed by Men's Wearhouse staff, I was informed that my tuxedo was not there and had, in fact, been at the West Ashley location since December 11th. Regrettably, no effort was made to notify me of this change, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.Consequently, I was compelled to make a time-consuming 1 1/2-hour round trip to the West Ashley location on short notice, disrupting my schedule and causing undue stress. This inconvenience was exacerbated by a prior trip I made to the North Charleston store, based on the information provided by Men's Wearhouse staff.As a loyal customer, I had expected a higher level of service and attention to detail from Men's Wearhouse, especially considering my consistent patronage over the years. The lack of communication and the subsequent inconvenience have significantly tarnished my perception of the company and left me questioning the reliability of their services.In conclusion, my recent experience with Men's Wearhouse, particularly the West Ashley, SC facility, has been deeply disappointing. I hope that the company takes steps to address these issues and improve their customer service to prevent similar incidents in the future.I hope this review accurately reflects your experience and helps convey your dissatisfaction with Men's Wearhouse.

I hate shopping for clothes. My wardrobe consists of the same things because I’m very particular about clothes. I have an event to attend and realized my suit that I haven’t worn in 2 decades doesn’t fit. After going to a few retailers I passed by here and realized they were open. I came in about 20 minutes to close and walked out 1 minute before. I cannot begin to express the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall care to get me looking right. I am thrilled with my new outfit, and even better my wife loves it too.

First time suit inquirer here, I’ve never gone through the process of getting fitted or anything of the nature, so wasn’t entirely sure what to expect in terms of the process. I showed up without an appointment super early and everyone was very polite and helpful but one young man in particular by the name of Tyler provided me with one of the absolute greatest customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. Tyler was very informative of the products he was showing me and extremely helpful in getting me into a suit that looks perfect for what I was looking for. Tyler I can’t thank you enough for your assistance in getting me into a suit, I look forward to hopefully many more purchases with you.

Edit - after much back and forth the manager was able to get everything fixed. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting and what you need. *** They have no idea what a traditional tuxedo is. They gave my Husband a cheap dress shirt. They charge extra for the accoutrements which are standard any where else. Lesson learned if you want it done right go to Berlins. What a complete waste of time and money.

Very disappointing customer service. Being "blunt" does not give permission to be rude. We know and appreciate plenty of people who are direct but are kind and respectful. Definitely shopping elsewhere for wedding attire ...no need for this type of aggravation.

I was not only given the wrong color tux, but the vest and bow tie were completely wrong too. I had to rent a brand new tux from a store in another state a day before the event. Oh also, there was a dirty comb in my tux bag. Absolutely awful nightmare experience. Maybe one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had and I’d caution everyone from renting from this terrible incompetent store and company.
