Went for a suit fitting as part of a wedding party. Customer service was prompt and very good. 20 min total time and policies were explained very well in detail

Terrible customer service. I am not sure if they were having a bad day but they seem annoyed every time you ask for assistance, and they were very dismissive. I usually get great service on other locations but I would not recommend the west Ashley location at all.

Loved this place. They had everything we needed and Tadd was so very helpful!!! We went several other places before here and were disappointed so I was glad we came here for sure.
