Michaels is a store where customers can find everything to create anything. It offers expansive craft assortments including art supplies, fabric, yarn, frames, floral items, beads, and craft machines. The store provides party supplies like decorations and balloon inflation, alongside many decorative items from candles to toys. Reviews note it is great for art supplies, jewelry findings, and low-priced seasonal items, with excellent framing services described as top-notch. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, great coupons, and fast curbside pickup. Some mention occasional issues like limited yarn stock or a reduced sticker selection, but overall experiences are very positive.
Have had several important family pieces framed here by Andrew. I can’t say enough about him. He has tremendous suggestions, made with the knowledge and respect of the item’s sentimental value. But he also listens well to my preferences. I think of him when I look at my pictures. Thanks!

Customer service was top notch, however, the selection was less than desirable. Products were available online but not in the store.
