Customer service is always on point, with representatives described as extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and respectful. Staff are filled with knowledge and handle matters quickly and efficiently, making members feel their accounts are safe. While there can be lines on busy days, they move quickly. The credit union has tellers, ATMs for self-service, and customer service reps for accounts and loans. Members report fantastic experiences, feeling supported and that their problems are resolved. It is seen as a place that understands service, leading many to state that credit unions are way better than banks and you can't do better.
