Terrible service department. They never answer the phone. Was told repair would take 2 days. That was over a week ago. No updates, no phone calls. Can’t reach anyone to find out what the deal is. Will be bringing my business to the Ford in goose creek from now on.

Outstanding. This business is A Blessing to the state of South Carolina, for safety, speed of service, and Quality of service done. I had our brake controller installed with a conservative price for my 2017 Ford F-150.

Extremely unprofessional service dept, and the wait time is very long. Took my vehicle in at 8:00 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and was there almost 2 1/2 hrs. I highly recommend that Ford customers look elsewhere for their service needs.
