“Kris and his team are very knowledgeable, fair, transparent and honest. I brought my SQ5 3.0L T in for a routine engine coolant flush and they did an inspection and found the dreaded coolant migration issue due to a faulty water pump. The mechanic took time to explain the issue in great detail. I then did some research and found this is somewhat common on this engine variant while very expensive due to labor intensive disassembley and reassembley the team at Ottohaus West Ashley were very thorough and took great care of my vehicle. Truly a great experience all together. I highly recommend this team for whatever your European vehicle may need. True professionals through and through. I showed up on time for my appointment and they completed an exhaustive repair on time and on budget.”
