My husband brought our dog to pet smart for his appointment on time @850am Wasn't anybody there when he got there. Called them and the groomer told him our dog appointment was @1230pm. Just to get up there for them to tell me that they couldn't take him now because they was the one who got the names & times confused. Will not be going back again.

I had appointment at 1:30 for bath and brush for panther I was a few minutes late but my wife called before to let them know as long as it's before 1:45 the 2 girls helping me were really nice and were about to take him in until the manager Francis denied all services and was really rude,managers should not be doing that and not be a manager,I think she doesn't like her job she should look for another job

I get my dog groomed here once a month, and the people there, no matter who it is, are always super kind and caring! My dog loves them and comes home clean and happy every time!
