With the employees it's a hit or miss.. they should jabe to give thru a class to learn about what animals they are working for so they could be a little more knowledgeable I'm that area... clean store prices are high but they have a lot of good sales.

We switched over today at this Petsmart Location. We had to bring in our Rescue Pawpet Makahna for diagnostics for an emergency check -up. Dr. Reyes was the assigned Veterinarian for our Cat. We love the staff here and will have all our pawpets see Dr. Reyes and staff. 7/5/23 Took our rescue kitten Isa Lang'het for her 1st visit with Dr. Reyes. Me and my wife are very pleased with this Petsmart Location.

I called Banfield in the back of pet smart bc my dog has severe anxiety getting g her nails clipped. After they said be in between 330-430 pm I got there ar 3:45pm. When I get to the back the lady tells me they are In a meeting and no o e can help me. My dog is already so stressed and now for nothing. Thanks a lot Petsmart/ Banfield

Nice place, but I'm 90% sure one of the employees took a picture on their phone of me and my child without permission. Yes, I know that I have no expectation of privacy inside of a store but I would have still appreciated if they asked me first.

Decent PetSmart with plenty of dog, cat, and fish merchandise. A little lacking in items for other pets and not a very big fish selection. Seems like prices have gone up on some items, like aquarium supplies and chemicals. Store is fairly clean and employees have always been helpful and pleasant. The store is rarely busy so getting around is easy and checking out doesn't take long. For anyone unfamiliar or with animal hair allergies, they allow pets inside the store. They offer pet grooming services. They often have a small selection of cats or dogs available for adoption, at a cost of course, and some weekends allow local shelters to have pets outside the store for adoption.

I took my goldendoodle puppy for his teddy bear face trim, rounded feet and sanitary groom and toenail trim.He came out without a sanitary trim, his face was trimmed close and his feet trim was bad. Then his nails were short and left jagged and splintered.I talked to them but still was charged 30.00I am a Pet Smart fan and this is the first bad experience.

I book my 100 lb dog with Lexi L for a bath, brush and nail grind. He's usually very nervous but she does great with him and is able to get his nails done every time! She's taken the time to go at his pace and so in tune with his needs. I'll definitely keep going back to her!

The customer service at the store is amazing especially the people that help me buy my fish and gerbil. Also the cashier Felicity was was absolutely amazing and the selection of Beta fish! I have never seen Prettier Beta fishes in my life!! They have every color fish you can imagine. And they're all so clean and well kept and lively. Awesome awesome store and everything was really really cheap

Same issue called to se if they had the pet my baby boy wanted on my way back home which took damn near an hour due to the traffic the guy I spoke with said yes they had it I asked him " Not being rude or anything but are YOU sure you have it? " I asked. He said YES WE HAVE PLENTY OF THEM!! I headed straight there and NOPE!!! They haven't had any since 2 weeks ago ???? All I know is gas is too expensive to be running around for No's because employees are to lazy to go look or ask someone else to look before they say for sure weather they have pets or products for sure!!!

If you have a hyper pup don’t book with Lexi L. She can’t handle them and bans you from continuing to book through the app but suggest going to an Amanda during the week. They weren’t able to grind my pups nails so they took that pricing off my bill and then put on special handling which was the same price as the nail grind although they weren’t able to complete the service. This is the first place not trained enough to handle a non violent hyper pup that I’ve ever experienced. Would not recommend as they have requested to get my pup neutered Several time out of clear frustration from dealing with him. I recommend a more personal or intimate place of service who I can trust to care for my pup while cleaning.
