I called Banfield in the back of pet smart bc my dog has severe anxiety getting g her nails clipped. After they said be in between 330-430 pm I got there ar 3:45pm. When I get to the back the lady tells me they are In a meeting and no o e can help me. My dog is already so stressed and now for nothing. Thanks a lot Petsmart/... read full comment

Nice place, but I'm 90% sure one of the employees took a picture on their phone of me and my child without permission. Yes, I know that I have no expectation of privacy inside of a store but I would have still appreciated if they asked me first.

It’s a great place to get items that your pet needs. They are all so lovely and kind. The people that work in the grooming area are so good!
