My friends and I were followed around the store like we were criminals while there were several other people shopping there. The environment was not welcoming at all and I will definitely recommend that none of my friends/associates shop here for the foreseeable future. I’m used to better customer service here in Charleston.

Backordered chair arrived 3 months after it was promised and the chair was soaking wet & dirty. That incident took place in December. At this point they still refuse to issue a refund. Pottery Barn customer service is not what it use to be. I ordered the chair in Sept ‘23. As of today, Feb 8, ‘24, I still have no chair & no refund. So I’m out $500 plus while pottery barn holds my money hostage

I bought a 92” floor sample piece and went to pick it with my SUV. It obviously had a terrible time fitting not to mention way heavier expected. 3 sweet ladies spent almost half an hour trying to jig saw it into the car and help me secure it for the way home. Probably the best customer service I’ve had in years.

I called PB after feeling completely overwhelmed by my task of ordering four different couches for a rental project. Colleen invited me in to sit down and go through options and fabrics and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend calling or going in to see them!

Beware. Pottery Barn monograms are inconsistent and the company doesn't stand behind them. Some pages expect ABC, others ACB. After 42 minutes on the phone, they still won't make it right. Really messed up a girl's birthday today.

As you stroll down King Street, step into Pottery Barn. This location is much smaller than other locations, but it is still packed with everything you appreciate about Pottery Barn. The friendly staff here will engage with you to get what you need.

Worse customer service ever! The dining table I bought came damaged from the warehouse. Delivery guy told me they would send a report and that I should wait 1-2 days to be contacted to get a replacement.Nobody contacted me for about 2 weeks. I had to call the customer service line. They told me there was no report but that they would start a process for fixing the problem. I got an email a day after requesting pictures from the damaged item. I did that the same day. I never heard back after my email was sent.I called back 2 weeks later. They told me that the request had no been processed and that I had to wait another 3-5 business days. Received an email that same evening saying that they had not received the pictures (sent 2 weeks ago) and that I needed to send them again.Had to call them again infuriated just to find out that they could have scheduled a replacement table since the beginning. From other comments, seems as is not unusual to receive damaged items and to get run around once you ask for a replacement.This is far the worse customer service I have ever experienced!

Custom ordered a 4500 sofa and when it arrived the delivery man asked me to come look at it before accepting it. They said it was in bad condition. I went to look and wow!!! The stitching was awful and the pillows are a different color than the couch..I’ve heard pottery barn had bad quality and should have listened

Pottery Barn is trash. Quality is getting cheaper and the products arrive late and damaged. I've waited over 8 months for a delivery and they miss delivery windows time after time. Needs to be a class action suit against this company. Taking money and not delivering isn't acceptable, it's fraud.The store folks in Charleston are nice. The delivery is a joke.

While I have always been a customer of Pottery Barn, my most recent experience with their customer service was very disappointing. I typically don't write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. I purchased the Big Sur sofa (over $5000+) less than a year ago, yet the seat cushions have not held up. And, the fabric pills. Customer service gave me the run around for 6 weeks and their guidance was I COULD PAY FOR REPLACEMENT parts. Why would a consumer pay for replacement parts on a sofa they have had for less than a year? My intention here is to caution you before you purchase. There is no warranty.

The worst customer service. Was suppose to get a delivery 12/6 it never arrived. Have been on hold with customer service 4 separate times with no answers. Look anywhere else for furniture

Ordered a vanity 6 months ago for a client, arrived damaged, reordered, they did not deliver because of a sku error on their end, reordered and the box that arrived read my vanity but the vanity on the inside is not even one they sell. I called to get another attempt for delivery and it is now backordered and will be another two months before they can expect to have another option if it ever comes. And will not issue a refund until the mystery vanity is returned. But will not offer a return schedule. Over the past six months I have been on hold with customer service in total of 8 hours just trying to get the product I ordered or a refund if they can not provide the product. Now they will not offer me a refund until the wrong vanity they shipped is picked back up by their drivers. But can't schedule the pick up. How is this my fault?? Think twice before you order ANYTHING from this company..they will only take your money!

I have ordered from Pottery Barn on two separate occasions. Both times, when the order was placed, the estimated delivery date was 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed. The 1st order was placed late November of 2020. The order never arrived until early February 2021. Their explanation was that it was due to COVID. I decided to give them another chance and placed an order earlier this month (September 2022) and here we go again..... at checkout the delivery date was scheduled for 9/26. This morning I received an email saying it will be late October. Please be mindful of this when ordering from them!! I ordered chairs for my business from Overstock and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected.

Terrible service. We have never had such terrible service. Ordered 2 cubes and website said delivery within a week. We'll 2 months later have just received 1. Who knows where the second item is. No follow up from Pottery Barn. Delivery says they aren't part if Pottery Barn. Sorry we can't help. My word. Will never do business with them again.

Terrible customer service & product quality. I purchased a $2300.00 leather recliner from Pottery Barn after looking at over 500 online and in stores, before choosing my Pottery Barn recliner. It started showing Wear where I put my head. The way it is wearing it kooks like it is vinyl and not leather after all. I purchased it 22.08.20 and today is 22.09.08 just over the warranty be 3 weeks and they won't honor the warranty.
