Terrible customer service! They seriously are unable to alter an auto draft amount for me. I’ve been on the phone for about 4.5 hours over the last 2 days and they still can not get anything right.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. I wouldn’t recommend banking with this branch of Southstate bank to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible!

I'm so grateful for the how helpful the Folly Rd. branch is! Adele & Denise go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend South State if you need a bank that cares.
