Ordered a sweater in early January and still have not received it, so I cancelled. I understand supply chain issues, but their unwillingness to communicate with customers is inexcusable!

Some complain of the pricing of Ben Silver. If you want quality, Ben Silver should be your first choice. You get what you pay for! Everything our organization (AVVBA.ORG) has ever ordered has be 'perfect' in every way. If quality isn't an issue with you, shop elsewhere. We love this place!
