What a wonderful experiences I've had with Abbie at your Charleston store. I've been coveting a pair of Coals from Freebird for some time. When my husband and I were driving south I insisted we take a side trip to Charleston caus I just had to have a pair. From the moment I walked into the store Abbie was terrific. She helped me to find the perfect pair of boots for me. I liked them so much I bought a second pair! Abbie showed me how to lace them just right and gave me her contact information saying she'd be happy to help me at any time in the future. I've since purchased two more pairs via mail order thru Abbie. The last pair of Rabis arrived with a hand written note from Abbie saying she'll keep an eye out for the Coras and would be pleased to get me a pair when they restock. I'm not typically a big shopper. And honestly the retail experience isn't what it used to be. The exception of course is Abbie in Charleston. She's a wonderful asset to Freebird. I hope you appreciate her. I certainly do!

“I am a diehard Anthro follower, and love purchasing from them. However, the downtown store is not the greatest. They never have much in stock, and when they actually do have some things in-store, they are usually ruined with makeup or crazy sizes. The staff is really welcoming and friendly, and the items they do have are sometimes good (hit or miss). Still a good experience, just not the best anthro experience I’ve had.”

“We stumbled into this store while visiting Charleston and we loved it so much that we went back a second time. All their products are so well made and reasonably priced considering the product quality. Both Doreen and Carol were absolutely amazing, hoping above and beyond to provide an upscale experience and superbe service! I would even say it was a better experience than quite a few other high luxury brands. They offered to ship our order since we didn't have much room in our luggage, which we loved as an option! Both my hubby and I left happy with a pair each and a list of shoes to order in the spring. We're definitely lifelong customers, in part thanks to these wonderful ladies!”
“Very helpful staff here; well, half, anyway - the person who eventually helped me. The other person quite obviously didn't want to help me; not even when the person she offered to help told her that I'd been there first. I don't want to ding the store for her, though, because it was in tip top shape, and the other salesperson bent over backwards for me. She's the reason I might even go back, although I do most of my Loft shopping online. --and that pays off for the company because I bought a couple of items on impulse that I would never have even looked at online.”
