    THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The standard of all apartments. You get what you pay for. The staff, the maintenance, the concierge team goes above and beyond, even when things are out of their control. Love it here!

    I recently moved in and am incredibly happy. The staff is lovely and service-oriented, the public facilities are excellent, my new favorite yoga studio is next door, and I love the proximity to everything downtown. Very happy with my new home :)

    Jesse James is the absolute best person ever. From the day I moved in he made me feel at home at The Guild. I no longer live at The Guild, but Jesse still goes above and beyond to help me when I need it!
