“Beyond amazing customer service! I am 8 months pregnant and not from the Charleston area. My car broke down yesterday and they originally mentioned it would be a few days until they could get to it. Long story short, they squeezed my car in and got it fixed same day so I didn’t have to tow it or rent a car to get back home. Highly recommend these guys!! Super nice and professional and my car is running perfectly fine again.”

“The service here was excellent. I brought in my 2013 Ford Focus on short notice, and they had it diagnosed within a few hours. Kevin gave me a fair quote for a clutch replacement, but since the repair would’ve cost more than the car’s value, I decided not to move forward. Even so, Kevin didn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Outstanding customer service — highly recommend!”

Given the location of the transmission cooler, a significant amount of the front end needed to be taken off to complete the job.
