“My alternator and battery died unexpectedly when I was visiting Mount Pleasant, and I wound up at this shop by the grace of God. They treated me so kindly, and dropped everything to help me. I am forever grateful to Preston and Cole for their professionalism and kindness. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.”
“First time customer. The team was very friendly and explained what their services would entail. Kept me in the loop and finished within the allotted time that was promised.”

“Had them install a fuel pump on an older 4Runner to fix an issue with my gas gauge. Quoted me below market pricing for the fix.
BUT the issue was not resolved with a new fuel pump. Instead of paying for the fuel pump and providing pricing for the further work needed, they charged me ZERO DOLLARS.
4 hours of labor and a $400 fuel pump.. for free. My jaw was on the floor. Way more than fair. Insane show of good faith and customer care. Just because he thought the issue would be fixed with the pump (I did too).
They have installed new suspension parts for me before. Wouldn’t let anybody else in town work on my truck.
Can’t say enough good things about Automotive Excellence.”
