“Hi the last time I gave them a review it was good but I want to add something to my view of what work they did I found a leak on my exhaust pipe that I had asked them to repair ,I called and told them about what I found and they the service Manager told the person talking to me that I could go to any dealer and give them work order number and they would pay for the exhaust pipe to be replaced so I thought was good of them and I am happy with the work they did .Thanks .”

“Very nice selection of plants and garden supplies. The only downside was it seemed like there was not enough staff available as I needed assistance but there was only one person and they were at the register which had a long line of people.”

“I have been renting Penske trucks since 1985. My husband is in the military and even tho they use movers I always liked to move ourselves. Sure there have been delays, no more than you could with any other trucking company BUT Penske always makes it up to you and the employees have patience when customers don't. They are the best to rent from and we will always stay a loyal Penske truck rental customer!!! We have moved 45 times in 36 years...Hopefully this last time is it??.”

“Not sure why this place only has 3 stars, I had a great experience. The website showed this location did not have the size pull behind I needed so I called and Tanya located and reserved one for me. I had to change my pick up day three times and it was no problem. Super easy picking it up. The man who hooked it up gave me some great pointers on packing it and driving it. Made me feel confident driving from Charleston to Chicago. A big shout out to UHaul on King Street, you all are great!”

“I booked a rental truck with this location before I saw the reviews and was a little nervous about the experience I might have but I had absolutely no issues getting my rental. The lady at the desk was nice and worked quickly. I can see why many people leave low ratings just for the fact the "reservation" is not actually guaranteed, but that is the fault of the company and it sets the service personnel up for failure. My main issue with this specific location is it difficult to find. It is located inside the Citadel Mall but there is no signage outside to tell you where to go, I just went in the closest entrance to where I saw a bunch of Budget trucks parked and found it that way. They could definitely make it easier to find. I was also concerned that there is no official review of the truck's condition once it is in your possession. Personnel did not review it with me and there is no online portal to post pictures of the condition you received it in, which is an unnecessary liability for the customer, they could blame damage you for damage you did not cause.”
