Leanne was pleasant to talk to and handled my issue quickly.”
“Alyssa helped me 09/005 in changing in unit. She was phenomenal! She even leant me a lock to use as it took 2 days to move everything.
Today, 09/11, Ed was here when I came to return the lock! Again….phenomenal customer service!
Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage solution!”
“I was provided exceptional customer service by Zy every time I stopped by the office with a problem or question. He was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage location dr outdoor non-climate controlled storage based on his customer service alone.”

“This is our second time having Martie
help us with our storage needs at the location at Ashley Phosphate Rd. She is always very nice and professional at the same time. She is definitely an asset to this company.”
“My first storage unit rental was an inside unit, never an issue. My rental needs changed & I was able to relocate to an outdoor unit of which I kept my motorcycle a Honda 750cc in. This has proven to be a real convenience for me & the rates are the best in the west Ashley area. It’s always clean & the young man that is the property manager is almost always there on site & he is very pleasant & always does his best to accommodate us! Would definitely recommend to friends & family!💯❤”

“I can’t thank Tracy enough for her patience, kindness, and understanding throughout the move-out process. She was so accommodating and understanding as I made several attempts to coordinate my move-out. Her patience and willingness to work with me made the entire process much less stressful, and I truly appreciate everything she did to help.”
“Our organization has been at this location for over 3 years in one of the large units. A nice surprise to experience great service and exceptional communication. The call as soon possible and contact us immediately if there is a problem . During lock check if we forgot to lock our door properly they immediately call us. Billing has been accurate and easy with auto payment. Location is clean and the ease of parking by unit is greatly appreciated. Just spoke with the manager Jessie and he was informative , helpful and just pleasant to do business with.”
“I spent a week shopping climate-controlled storage in the Charleston SC area. Walking into Go Store It on Folly Rd and meeting Zee was such a different experience from the others! She was professional, kind, patient, and truly helpful. What a breath of fresh air! If ya’ll have a “rewards chart” (former teacher here), put a big sticker on hers!”
“I have used Carters self storage many times over the years. It’s in a great location, easily accessible, and always very clean and safe. I especially love their customer service, no corporate red tape, just super friendly locals! It’s a true Charleston gem.”
“Excellent facilities! Love that it's climate controlled! That's a game changer for me! This humidity will destroy your things. So glad that I don't have to worry that!”
“The ladies that operate this location are absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough about Alyssa and Tamara! The location is clean, easy to access, super large units, and plenty of technology to go around! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!”

“Dottie and Cari are absolutely amazing to work with! This storage facility is an all-around fantastic business. They take security very seriously, constantly checking the units for safety and keeping a close eye on everyone’s belongings. The customer service is top-notch, and they make the whole process incredibly smooth. If you want peace of mind knowing your stuff is safe and well-managed, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”
“We’ve been storing at this facility for over a year and everything has been super easy. We stopped by when searching for units and met with Angie who was great! She showed us the different units and helped us pick the correct size for our needs. She also promptly answered several phone calls/emails with questions. Thank you Angie!”
“Moved our company’s safe without hesitation. 1200 pounds or more on 4 dolly’s. Phil had a plan from the start and executed 100%. Highly recommend for a professional move”

“I was helping move a relative out of town and needed a place to store their belongings while we figured out the next step. My friend’s storage facility came through big time — easy access, good rates, and I knew everything would be safe and sound. Super smooth experience. Highly recommend if you need storage that’s reliable and stress-free!”
“The price in the end was higher than I'd hope; due to have to go up in size since the door on the unit I had rented was broken, when I arrived today to get things going. However I found Leanne and she jumped right on getting me setup in another unit. She was extremely helpful, kind and a very welcoming personality. She seems like a gem to have as part of the company!”
“Phone call to set up account was great and the pricing was very affordable. It was good to speak to a live person!
Locating the actual storage unit was difficult. The unit number was identified but not the building designation. It took several minutes to locate unit.”
“Nytaea is an absolute gem for Go Store It. She moved me into my unit and provided me with all the details I needed. I left with no unanswered questions. Thanks for helping me Nytaea!”
“Big Bertha’s storage is the absolute best! The managers are extremely responsive and unbelievably helpful. Nice clean and easy to use facility, in the heart of downtown Charleston. Very reasonable prices. We’ve been customers for four years. Can’t say enough amazing things!”

“We used the Heriot St location of Extra Space Storage for a number of months while my daughter was moving to College. We are out of state and it was so helpful to be able to ship things directly to the storage unit and then pick them up all at the same time when we arrived in Charleston. Missy and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend!”
