About Turky's Towing
Turky's Towing receives mixed reviews from customers. Several clients report excellent and friendly service from both office staff and drivers, describing them as kind, helpful, professional, and amazing. They note the pricing as very reasonable and fair, with one customer appreciating flexibility on payment for fees. These positive experiences made stressful situations much better.
However, other reviews highlight significant problems with reliability and communication. One customer reports a major scheduling issue, where a booked tow was repeatedly delayed due to police calls, resulting in a wasted day and a rude dispatcher. Another expresses a need to contact the owner with an unresolved concern, possibly regarding a battery. While many praise the service when it is provided, there are instances of frustration over holiday charges and unreliable timing.

Late review but had to use them a couple months back due to a flat tire late at night. The gentleman that picked me was kind and helpful.

I had to use Turky twice for towing my vehicle to auto shops and both times, the service was amazing! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and timely. The drivers were quick, and Amy in the office provided updates and clear expectations. I’d highly recommend if you ever need towing.
