Scheduled that repair for the next day and had me rolling within 48 hours before a trip to the mountains. Absolutely great customer service, knowledgeable, communicative, and excellent work. “My Honda Odyssey went completely dead after driving it to Sullivan's Island. I called AAA and within 60 minutes, they called back saying someone would meet us at our car. We figured it might be the battery, so they sent someone with a battery to test it. They also knew we might need to buy a battery to replace our 3 year old car battery. Sure enough the batter was at 0%. We were SO fortunate to have Devante meet us at our car and he was the NICEST, most PROCESSIONAL person ever. He explained everything that was happening, and we did need a new battery. he had exactly what we needed. It was convenient, fast, and super effecient. I asked for his car because if i ever have something wrong with our car again, we'll for sure request Devante again. 10 stars!”

“I needed a tow and they arrived much faster than AAA could, within about 20 minutes. The customer service was professional and polite from start to finish. They sent a driver named Lauren, and she was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She was even able to help diagnose the issue with my truck on the spot, which was incredibly helpful. If I ever need a tow again, I’ll definitely be using Charleston Towing & Roadside and will request Lauren if she’s available.
If you have AAA they will reimburse you. I highly recommend them.”
