“Stopped in for an oil change and a check on a change in the sound of my engine. These guys were quick to take care of my oil change and diagnose a water pump/bearing issue. Scheduled that repair for the next day and had me rolling within 48 hours before a trip to the mountains. Absolutely great customer service, knowledgeable, communicative, and excellent work. “I would highly recommend to anyone!
My car broke down in the middle for downtown CHS today and all the other towing companies were rude or booked out.
Turky’s was super friendly and helpful and got someone out to me in less than 30 minutes, he helped me get my car started in less than 5 minutes, he was super super nice and was quick to help fix the issue. The receptionist was SO sweet and super helpful.
I will be calling them if I need any help again!”

“My Honda Odyssey went completely dead after driving it to Sullivan's Island. I called AAA and within 60 minutes, they called back saying someone would meet us at our car. We figured it might be the battery, so they sent someone with a battery to test it. They also knew we might need to buy a battery to replace our 3 year old car battery. Sure enough the batter was at 0%. We were SO fortunate to have Devante meet us at our car and he was the NICEST, most PROCESSIONAL person ever. He explained everything that was happening, and we did need a new battery. he had exactly what we needed. It was convenient, fast, and super effecient. I asked for his car because if i ever have something wrong with our car again, we'll for sure request Devante again. 10 stars!”
“I needed a tow and they arrived much faster than AAA could, within about 20 minutes. The customer service was professional and polite from start to finish. They sent a driver named Lauren, and she was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She was even able to help diagnose the issue with my truck on the spot, which was incredibly helpful. If I ever need a tow again, I’ll definitely be using Charleston Towing & Roadside and will request Lauren if she’s available.
If you have AAA they will reimburse you. I highly recommend them.”
