A change of address was done to my account asking all my mail to re-routed to Tampa FL.Starting first of November I never done any thing like this. I got the reminder in my mail box on the 5 November, got to the post office. And they tald me it was nothing they could do.We have address of the porssone and nothing they can...

Has to be the worst post office in Charleston.Always slow, one person behind counter. Waited 15 minutes due to postal worker not being able to locate a persons signature certified mail. Then to top it off the annoying “anything fragile, liquid or hazardous” yes or no buttons would not work. So much for customer satisfaction.
