They might be good for stamps but five days to accept a package and send it. Five days just sitting there doing nothing waiting to be sent out to the person who spent hard earned money on. Now delivery date changes to later and later. What is happening to this country…

Teresa working this morning around 10:30 was absolutely unprofessional and rude. Worst experience simply just trying to send out a box that I’ve ever had.

Should’ve listened to reviews. They refused to take AT&T equipment return. Told me they wouldn’t package it that I needed to do it myself. Had to find a FedEx store instead. These people suck here!

Went to mail a package and the lady behind the counter yesterday clearly didn't want to do any work because it was 430 and they close at 5 so she was like, you have to purchase tape , we don't tape boxes here, the tape is over there. I was like um don't u tape it if I send it priority and she said , yeah, we tape it if u want to send it by priority but we r almost closed, I was like, let me just go to a different post office for now on because that lady was so rude and disrespectful, if u r on the clock u r supposed to still be working regardless!

I love coming to this post office. The workers are all very nice and helpful which is very rare where I'm from! They have a drop box that is open 24/7. You can scan your packages on the machine and put it in the drop box. They do close early, but they are open on Saturday!

Friendly and efficient staff. Plenty of parking and a drop box both in the parking lot and in the lobby so if items are pre packaged/stamped you do not need to wait in line

Hands down the worst post office I have ever been to. My mail man came to deliver at 11:30 and apologized for leaving my hold mail when it was supposed to be delivered after being out of town for a week. I rushed to the post office which is minutes from my house and asked if I could simply pick it up, the staff was incredibly rude and said they closed at 11:30. I wouldn’t have had to go there in the first place if they hadn’t screwed up and they did nothing to correct the mistake. Beyond this occasion, the facility is in poor condition and there is constantly a long line to be helped. I would rather have this office close and have to drive somewhere else than have to continue dealing with them.

This post office consistently mixes up mail and will not forward mail. In my lifetime I have seen the US crumble from a prosperous 1st world country to becoming much worse than many 3rd world countries and this post office is exemplary of this. This post office is awful to say the least and seriously needs new management. The cashiers are consistently nice and for this I gave it one star. Sad day in the US when the Postal Service is unreliable. Clearly run by very incompetent people. Crazy that this exist in modern times but the US has really gone down the tubes in the last 20 years probably because incompetent and ignorant people are put in positions of responsibility that they are not capable of handling. This post office desperately needs new and competent management and not just some local yokel.

This used to be my favorite post office- with the friendliest, most helpful staff. This is no longer the case- the staff now come across as rude and argumentative, and not helpful when looking at different options. The customer service rep raised her voice when I asked a question about options and pricing. I am sure they don't care, but I will definitely go elsewhere in the future. This is part of the reason the USPS is failing.

They postal workers are efficient and friendly. Don't be discouraged if you see a line going out the door, it will be your turn in no time.

My package sat there for two business days. I got the notification it arrived 12/16 at 10 A.M., but it still said the package would be delivered on 12/18 at 9:00 P.M., and they're open till 11:30 A.M. on Saturdays?? Why would it just sit there for two days when I saw three USPS delivery trucks come through my neighborhood. Doesn't make sense to me, that wouldn't happen with UPS or FedEx

A change of address was done to my account asking all my mail to re-routed to Tampa FL.Starting first of November I never done any thing like this. I got the reminder in my mail box on the 5 November, got to the post office. And they tald me it was nothing they could do.We have address of the porssone and nothing they can do! Really!

Has to be the worst post office in Charleston.Always slow, one person behind counter. Waited 15 minutes due to postal worker not being able to locate a persons signature certified mail. Then to top it off the annoying “anything fragile, liquid or hazardous” yes or no buttons would not work. So much for customer satisfaction.

I came in at 11:17 today. I went to set my package on the counter, as I already had my shipping label printed off. I own an online business and at every post office I’ve EVER been to, I’m able to just set my package down on the far right counter, with other customers packages. The staff was rude to correct me and told me “there’s a drop box right outside”. Although I had a package, and not a parcel. I understand all post offices are different, however some friendly customer service would be nice!
