Wharf 7 Apartments is a premier community on Daniel Island, beaming with classic, coastal charm. The complex is beautiful, very nice, and modern, with lovely, well-kept grounds and a beautiful pool and club house. It features remarkable apartments right next to Governors Park, with ultra-easy access to I-526 for quick routes to Mount Pleasant and Charleston. Residents report being very happy living there, describing the staff and management as always pleasant, accommodating, helpful, and consistent in their desire to please. The complex is very well maintained, and the management handles any maintenance issues expeditiously. They also organize regular events and monthly activities for residents. A significant concern raised is a lack of security cameras, which has resulted in many vehicle break-ins. Management has addressed this with a patrol car on site to monitor the property. The area is otherwise described as beautiful, making it a great place to live.
I recently toured Wharf 7 with Morgan and had such a great experience that I ended up signing a lease on the spot. I’m very excited about my decision to move here and would definitely recommend Wharf 7 to anyone looking for a new place on Daniel Island!

We are new to DI, having moved from downtown Charleston. Loving the island and Wharf 7. Property and common grounds are beautiful. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Apartment is wonderful. Great place to live. It oftentimes feels like we are on vacation! Highly recommend!
