Worst service ever. We tried to return items we never used...but they said the items "looked" used. Employees must be paid to reject returns...even valid returns.

We're able get some replacement parts for my five year old mugs. Also picked up a few Christmas gifts. Friendly staff very helpful in finding what we needed.
