First Citizens Bank is #1 in customer service, in my opinion. My family has a long relationship with FCB. I'm proud of my Chester, SC First Citizens branch in particular.

Tony and his staff have always worked in our best interest. Having your bankers cell phone number and a real relationship will save you at some point in time. If you don't have that, you should set an appointment with Tony Pope and his staff.Things could be better than what you have right now.
