“First Citizens Bank is absolutely amazing. First, Tony Pope has the place running like a Swiss watch. But the person I have dealt with lately is Brenda McBrayer. She is fabulous. Knows the workings of the bank inside and out. I don't want to do business with anyone else. The rest of the staff is obviously dedicated to customer service. It's just a joy to visit there. “I find good customer service and interaction to be hard to find in today’s world but Spratt Savings Bank goes beyond “good”. This is a business that makes you feel valued and respected. Any banking services you have will be handled efficiently and quickly. There is always excellent communication. You don’t have to talk to an unending list of people who have no idea what you’re calling about. Then you’re constantly repeating the same information over and over. That is so frustrating and wasteful of my time. At Spratt Savings Bank you can ask for help and be directed to exactly who you need to handle your situation. You’ll be given a name and be able to speak to them directly for any follow up. That’s basically unheard of now. I would give more stars if I could!!”
