“Solid prices on gas with a higher quality of fuel available in comparison to its competitors. Located right in front of Costco, inside the entertainment district of Riverwatch Parkway. Costco membership is required to take advantage of the gas services. I recommend visiting in the morning as there is next to no line. In the afternoon and the evening, there tends to be bigger lines that can often wrap around.”
“This place has come up a lot over the years. It's very comfortable, clean, and machines are easy to use. They even wash and fold your clothes for you busy people. You have to buy the quarters you need and put the money on a card. It's easy but if you need help the staff will assist you. I go here when I need to wash my large comforters...”

“Pilot Travel Centers are always a great resource. I'm reaching out to the community for HELP ! ANY TRUCKERS at or near the PILOT TRAVEL CENTER IN THE GRANITEVILLE, SC area ? TODAY is Saturday 4/2/2022 5:00 pm Eastern. We have a friend stranded at this Pilot ( 574 Bettis Academy Rd. ) He is easy to find as he is a Professional Santa Claus by trade so he stands out in a crowd. His E-350 Ford Van is - yes Red with White roof. He is scheduled to make the Memorial Service for a very good friend who was lost in a auto accident last week. The Memorial service is on Tuesday 2/5/22 in Springfield, MO but has had a issue with his E-350 Ford Van. He reached out to AAA for a tow but cannot find a body shop to pull his front bumper forward on the corner until sometimes on Monday so it will clear his tire when turning. If I was close ( but not for I'm in Texas ) I could grab a chain and hook onto that corner and tug the bumper a few inches, giving it the clearance. He could then get back on the road to the memorial service set for Tuesday. Another choice if anyone in the area knows anyone with a wrecker service that would be willing to perform the job of pulling the bumper out would also work. I drove Light & Heavy Duty Tow trucks years ago and any resourceful driver can perform this if willing. OTHERWISE he will be sitting where he is currently at the Pilot Truck Stop in Graniteville, SC until Monday in return not having the time to travel to Springfield, MO by Tuesday. HELP !!!”
“I love racer and everybody that works there been going there since I was a little girl used to be different names Golden Pantry you know different things I used to work there when I was a kid at sweep in the parking lot and the girls in there now or wonderful and their food is great”

I was guilty also of thinking the man that works there was rude at first, along with the beautiful lady that works with him a lot... But I've been going more often lately, and I can tell you both of them are really cool nice people... He just stays in one mood...Cool, and content. I've seen people try to ruffle his feathers, didn't work...I very much like the store and staff”

“More often than not, I am greeted when I come in. The store is always very clean. The staff are usually very polite, except one & maybe she was having a rough day. No points off for that. We all have bad days. Otherwise, this is a great place to stop in to grab a coffee or snack, get some gas or ice, or even something from their hot bar. They also have salads, sandwiches, pudding cups, etc. in an island cooler. This is my Go-To stop when I need something.”

The ONLY thing I don't like is the size bc I have extreme anxiety and get overwhelmed by so many people around me at once. “I love this place its convenient they pretty fast at ringing ya up n the people are real nice n know what cigs ya smoke n very friendly but I don't enjoy my visits as much any more coz they always on phone miss things I've said 2 or 3 times coz don't get off phone n out of conversation they're in on phone very rude n frustrating ya can't ask about anything behind counter you now get rushed thru when if taken 2mins to ans question bout product I might have spent more money I find myself not wanting to stop n go down road n I really did like them but nobody to complain to but them they own it so they can do whatever they want right I'm serious on phone 24 hours never come up for air thats very rude I'm not only one I hear it more n more even strangers comment bout them being on phone sorry but it's the truth ask any customers”

“Ok it's just a gas station, maybe not in need of reviewing-but if I was a local I would come here as my regular place simply for how awesome and friendly the staff is! Been here a number of times over the course of several N.Augusta visits and day or night, no matter who was working-always incredibly friendly.Last time, 7 a.m.,coffee was still being made, so I had to wait about 5 minutes. It was no problem, but the manager comped my coffees for my patience. I was happy to wait AND pay, but it was a nice thing to do.”

“Absolutely love this place. Much better than it’s neighbor down the road… Employees are super sweet and helpful, always asking if they can assist and where to find them if needed be. One lady in particular actually helped me pay for some things as I was a few dollars short. Super nice! Place is amazingly kept, and easy to get to! If you’re heading toward Aiken that is. Otherwise, amazing amazing! Recommend for sure.”
“QUICK TIP:For those of you that are having issues using your card at the pumps- I used to work there.If you chip it and it doesn’t work insert the card backwards - chip on outside - it tricks the card reader and your card will work outside 95% of the time, however they’re older pumps and more often than not this usually solves the issue, but keep in mind it does not always work. It also depends on the card type, some cards the reader just won’t read.The pumps need to be replaced, but keep in mind that’s about a $100,000 fix, so I doubt the owner will be replacing them anytime soon due to that reason alone.*From an ex-employee who still cares about her customers needs because y’all were awesome and I still miss y’all. ❤️”

“Nice & clean ! Looks new and some semi parking area ! Only issue was take that sign off which says truck entrance next to exit i20 east which is too narrow for OTR driver will destroy everything ! It’s too tight for trucks, can’t make easy turn there”
