“The 4/4.5 apartment was spacious and well kept. Common areas were clean and well maintained. The real star was Tyson who went above and beyond to make sure the renting experience was positive.”
“This is my second year living here and I love it. The location is super convenient and there is a lot nearby. The amenities are also great and super clean! I recommend anyone to live here.”
“Nice apartments. Didn't live there only dropped off a couch. But the one we did go into was really nice and big to. The ladies had way to much stuff on porch but other wise it was nice.”
“Hello! I wanted to share with you my six years experience of living at Seneca Heritage Hills apartments, so that you may also find your little piece of heaven by the lake. I was going through a difficult time back then, but Mrs Kim and her amazing crew were so welcoming and made the rental process go as smoothly as possible for me. I’ve met so many different kinds of amazing people here over the years, some of them are very good friends of mine now. I was new to apartment life and wasn’t sure at first if the smaller space was going to work for me, because i have so much stuff. But luckily they’ve given us plenty of storage, and capitalized on every square foot of the space. The rent here is very reasonable, some of the lowest in the area. The complex is well maintained and continues to be a place that I’m proud to call home. I haven’t had many issues with things breaking around my apartment, but when i do need to put in a work order it’s always taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s a very relaxed environment and I’ve always felt safe here. Here’s a fun little story before i go_ One morning my friend found a note on his car letting him know that he had accidentally left his trunk open the night before, leaving his (expensive) golf clubs exposed. The kind stranger closed the trunk for us and signed his note “Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man”. That’s when i knew i was in a good place lol. I was so thankful and amused by this that i immediately wrote a thank you note back, and stuck it to the wall of our little post office (he responded). So the only thing i can think of that would make this place even better for me is if small dogs were allowed here, but there’s probably good reasons for the rule. Anyway, thank you for sticking with me and reading this entire thing lol. Good luck on your journey ? Maybe I’ll see ya later at the Hills”
“The staff is so supportive and helpful. Any question or maintenance issue was resolved within 2-3 days. There are plenty of events and great chances to meet fellow residents. One of my favorite amenities is the pool house and hammocks just an absolute great way to unwind and relax.”
“I highly recommend living here. Great property and very spacious units. I was a grad student living here and was looking for an apartment complex that wasn't just undergrad students and this turned out great! Very quiet for the most part and plenty of parking. New management took over about a year ago and Anthony is the best! He is easy to talk to, straightforward, and finds solutions immediately. I've lived in several apartments and this was the easiest management to communicate with because of Anthony.”
“While I've only been a tenant here for a few weeks as of 12/13/24, I've actually had association with this complex for over 8 years. In Summer 2016, my parents needed a different place to call home, and as their only child, I helped them with moving here. They had no vehicle, so being on the Clemson Area Transit bus line for work - and being within walking distance of Ingles grocery store - were 2 things of high importance, thus I convinced them that this place would be a perfect fit in the event I were to take a job out of state for my career. In May 2020 during the height of Covid, that nearly happened. Despite God having had other plans for my then-near future, my initial intuition about Hunter's Glen was correct. The management & maintenance personnel always helped in taking care of their needs. Upon the unexpected tragic passing of my last parent in another state, the management (Pam and Marilin) worked hard with me on getting their possessions secure, ensuring I got through the application process in order to be able to take over as a new lessee. The lease & move-in fees were explained well and thoroughly. Dale and his team have done a wonderful job with getting work orders completed, surpassing my expectations. If you're looking for a team that truly loves what they do, is consistent about it, is experienced at it, and will not just meet but also exceed requirements of tenant laws in ways that are firm but fair without any drama, this is a great place! I like the fact there is an online portal for paying rent, filing maintenance requests, etc. Newsletters or written reminders that give us tenants the ability to help them help us all as a whole get posted on your door frame. In addition, they do special interactive things for holidays that help make it feel more than just a place to live. In my very short time here, I've run across multiple tenants who have lived here for 3+ years. It's a diverse community, but one I feel very safe living amongst. Overall, pride is taken on the general outside appearance and inside livability. Adequate nighttime lighting provides for safe walking from your vehicle to your apartment.”

“The reserve is a good place to live for a few years in college. The place was messy when we moved in and needed some repairs immediately, but the maintenance team is very easy to work with. I have had no issues with parking, trash, sharing a bathroom, and not having enough room with 4 people in my apartment. The storage above the closet and desk area is an added bonus as well.”
“This place is truly the best place to live! The only people who complain/have problems are people who don't know how to do anything themselves, or simply lie or over exaggerate. I say this honestly. The maintenance, the office staff, and the managers are just the best and ALWAYS try to help you the best they can. People seem to lack the common sense that the people in the office do NOT control the price of the homes or a house's utilitity usage and such. I could not recommend this place enough and I feel comfortable and safe here as a college girl!”

“We have lived at the Whitley since 2/2021 till 5/2023. The staff (Marci, Shelby, Gracen, and Bret) were helpful and friendly. They have helped us with bills, maintenance, and concerns. Thanks Whitley for the help!”
“I lived at the gardens a couple years...and like everything else, I think it’s mostly what you make it. If you wanna mind your business, you can do that. If you want drama they can take it there. ? I mean, NO DOUBT, there will be at least two days a week that you’re living in a Gucci song. That’s when you gotta do like your mom always told you and thug it out. Eat your vegetables too. But, random drive bys aside, it’s mostly what you make it.”
“The Enclave staff is amazing. They were very accommodating to my situation about move in and are the sweetest. They've always been in close contact and are more then happy to help out. Jenna and the property manager are awesome people and make my living experience here much better!!”

“I haven’t had many problems with UV, maintenance is pretty fast and reliable and commute to campus isn’t bad at all. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere on the cheaper end of apartments”
“Very attentive staff that were super helpful in providing detailed information of the property, including all the amenities. Great location and short walk to campus”
