“My son had an excellent experience living in this apartment complex. He was in a 3 bedroom. This place was consistently safe, quiet, well maintained, no problems with parking, friendly and respectful community, staff were approachable and helpful. Overall it was perfect. We are truly grateful. I highly recommend it 😊”

“My name is Brian Dooley and I just moved in on July 3rd..Moving in would HAVE never happen for me and my brother if it wasn't for Mrs.Pasty at Clemson ridge apartments..She went in my eyes way above what I think is her duties helping me get Thur the Application part of moving in..She had a full house in the club house waiting for her help as well as countless phone calls and emails coming Thur all at the same time as well as helping me at the same time...She went from talking to someone to answering phone as well emails for for about 4 1/2 hours straight no help no break just people and phones and everyone was happy as hell from what I could see...If I was her boss I would have be impressed and very proud that she works for me...I believe her big boss is Mr. Jay and if this is true it would me a lot to me if Mr. Jay could call her and say something positive or at least a huge pat on her back and I am pretty sure Mrs. Pasty would have a huge smile on her face after that phone call.. Employees do there jobs with very little credit from the big bosses...Mr Jay if you see this Pls take the time to make that phone call personally....Ty for hiring someone that went way above her duties to help someone that has no computer skills and her patience made me feel like she really cared...Ty again Mr. Jay & Mrs Pasty”

“Have road by and stopped to speak with management and unfortunately she had already left so i spoke with a sweet single mother of 4 i believe she said and i explained my situation she kindly allowed me to do a walk threw of her 3 bedroon very very nice clean layout would fit my abilities i am single have no family whatsoever in sc i have a registered service dog who is loved by all that cine in contsct with himhe is house trained very wuite greeat with all kids humans and dogs i hope being a single 31 year old man with a disability does not come in the way of me applying for these beautiful apartments i would be greatful to take anything available but dont qant to take from another single family like the sweet lady! Im praying for availability but if not i have high hopes the mamagment can guide me in the direction best fitnfor me amd my abilitys/disabilities! All i am lacking is my bitth certificate which im having to order onlind being i was born in Florida i am prs8this may be the what seems auite place to call my home ?”

“I just moved out of Heritage Hills apartments. I lived there 3 years. I would move back in a heartbeat. The management was extremely responsive and courteous. Kim, Daniel, and Donna were always around with a smile and helpful attitude. As an older adult graduate student, I looked for a place that would be safe, pest-free, quiet, and taken care of. This was that place. There aren't many places I would take sight unseen, but I had such a great experience here, I would be happy to rent at any of Burton Properties even without an apartment tour. Management matters!”
