“I've lived here for two full years now and have had a great experience. My roommates and I have really been able to make our house feel like home, and having our own unit gives us a lot of freedom. Maintenance is always quick and does a great job. The bus is on a regular schedule and it's fun to run into friends who also live here while riding it to campus. Overall, have made great memories while living here!”

“I personally as a rule don’t write “Reviews” however my residence with Church Street Apartments, particularly the support and care iI received from Ms. Lisa was trulyEXCEPTIONAL.The building was extremely well kept, no unwanted guest (bugs, rodents) and the “Church street family” as Lisa calls US. allowed for a peaceful no drama stay.Would recommend her to ALL that ask, only concerned would be that if too many find out there may not be room available for me..”

“I lived at this complex for years and it was genuinely a wonderful experience from start to finish! The houses have MORE than plenty of space in the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom areas, which made everyday life feel comfortable and relaxed. The community has a welcoming atmosphere, and it was always easy to feel right at home! The office staff is so friendly, and they consistently go out of their way to help with anything you need. Maintenance has also been quick and dependable, which made everything feel even more stress free. I really appreciated that there were no extra or unexpected fees because you only pay rent, utilities, and renters insurance, something that truly sets this place apart. Having my own parking pad was another little perk that made coming home each day feel simple and convenient! Overall, it has been a happy, easy, and the best place to live!”
“Have road by and stopped to speak with management and unfortunately she had already left so i spoke with a sweet single mother of 4 i believe she said and i explained my situation she kindly allowed me to do a walk threw of her 3 bedroon very very nice clean layout would fit my abilities i am single have no family whatsoever in sc i have a registered service dog who is loved by all that cine in contsct with himhe is house trained very wuite greeat with all kids humans and dogs i hope being a single 31 year old man with a disability does not come in the way of me applying for these beautiful apartments i would be greatful to take anything available but dont qant to take from another single family like the sweet lady! Im praying for availability but if not i have high hopes the mamagment can guide me in the direction best fitnfor me amd my abilitys/disabilities! All i am lacking is my bitth certificate which im having to order onlind being i was born in Florida i am prs8this may be the what seems auite place to call my home ?”

“There are some amazing staff that need a shout-out! Summer (the Leasing and Marketing Director) with TJ (the new CA) came to my rescue. My refrigerator went out and maintenance wasn't in. Summer and TJ went out of their way to personally make sure I had a working fridge same-day. They even brought one up an entire flight of stairs. I truly felt important to them and I want The Den to know they need to hold onto these amazing human beings!”

“Bixby is a really nice place to live and is just a short walk to the border of campus, which is perfect if you don't have a car or don't want to have to drive. The staff are always friendly & helpful, and maintenance is quick if you need to put in a request. The place is well-kept, and I would highly recommend.”
