“Deshaun should contract out his system for how a Host should conduct themselves when dealing with customers! He is there when you need him, does anything he can to help, keeps his fleet clean, maintains the vehicles, and goes above and beyond to insure that you get the car you rented; however, if there's an issue with a client not returning the one you rented, he will accommodate you with one of equal value, unless the only other one available is a higher priced car, then he will honor the price you paid and give you the upgraded vehicle for the same price. I highly recommend Deshaun and if I ever need a ride, or if I hear someone who needs one, I will personally go to the app on my phone and show them what he has to offer, along with a high first hand recommendation!”
