“The two front desk employees I spoke with on the phone and in person when I arrived were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was fresh. We appreciate the effort put in by all the employees here and if we stay in the area again we will almost certainly stay at this location again. The location was also great, walking distance to some restaurants and bars with a great view of the lake. That being said, if you're visiting to go to the university itself, you will need to drive to the university.”

“Definitely one of the nicer Comfort Inn and Suites I've stayed at. Great Check in. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is also a slight upgrade from your typical Comfort Inn breakfasts as well.”

“Love this Hotel. When on vaca, I always stay at this hotel. Rooms are great and super clean. The hotel staff are so nice and helpful. The location is perfect to access every where I am trying to get to, Clemson to Lake Keowee. But I really have to mention how amazing the bedding is for this hotel. The plush pillows, to the heavy sheets, to the amazing bed and to the medium weight comforter, make for a great night sleep. So very comfortable. Sleep like a baby....! Oh... did I forget to tell you breakfast is included??? LoL”

“Upon arrival someone had stored an extra pullout sofabed standing on end in the room. Took up a lot of space. Kinda funny actually. Staff was great and had it removed while i was out at an event. Next morning the coffee machine and juice machine were out of service. Otherwise the free breakfast was on par with other low to mid tier locations I've seen. The room was clean and roomy as it ADA compliant. Overall, other than the random extra sofa and no coffee, it was worth the price. They did charge an extra $25 for an early check in, which I almost understand. Access was easy and I'd stay there again.”
