“HUGE shout-out to the staff at this store! I went in with paint lids from a project I started in 1999. I needed to get small containers of the same colors for touch-ups. Apparently the base products and formulas changed since then but their system did not have the ability to translate the old formulas to new. The staff was up to the challenge! With the help of math, AI, and manual entry, they were able to figure it out and I left with what I needed!”

“Top-notch service from the manager and younger guy tonight! I rushed over about 10 minutes before closing with no old blade, and, like an idiot, no picture, knowing only the cutting length. They didn't rush me, checked the back inventory when the blade wasn't on their already well-stocked floor, and found exactly what I needed. Every time I visit, the staff is busy working and stocking, yet they always stop to make sure I'm taken care of. They truly set the standard for retail and should be proud of themselves, seriously. Thank you.”
