“Huge! Very clean and easy to navigate, there were no cashiers, only self checkouts open. I found everything I needed and the attendant at the self checkout was very helpful.”

“We drove over from South Carolina to visit family near Knoxville after spending an afternoon at Frozen Head State park. We were in need of snacks and drinks for our trip back home. Walmart had everything we needed including a new portable cooler and ice. The store was
neat, clean and well stocked. The employees were attentive and helpful however the checkout/cashier process was abysmal, long and arduous line with not enough open registers and what seemed like multiple trainee cashiers. I will probably not return to this location.”
“I prefer this location. The store is clean, well-stocked and the staff are friendly. Just got my first online order and I am extremely pleased with it. Everything was bagged nicely, the produce was fresh and my eggs were not broken! I tend to be very picky about my groceries, so I’ve hesitated to order online but after today’s delivery, I will be using the online order and delivery feature more often.”

“The other day I came in with a problem with my dog. The first time I came she greates me and asked I needed any help, she took the time to explain products and walk me through how to use them. I failed to follow some of Brandis recommendations. Then I came back in a second time and purchased the product she recommended and took her advise. It was amazing! Her welcoming greeting, professionalism, and her knowledge was far superior then any other customer service I have ever encountered.
I will continue coming to this store because of her knowledge, her leadership with her team in the store, and what she bring to the community helping all the customers coming into the store.
I truly believe her knowledge ans customer service is second to none. She needs to be recognized for all her hard work, detecation, and leadership she provide to her staff and community.”
