“What a great place to go for a quick oil change, tires and alignment. Orlando and Aaron were quick to find out the plug to do my oil change was stripped ( due to another service facility)so they could not do a conventional oil change. Orlando tried to do from the top of the oil reservoir but could not be done. EOC ordered a new oil pan which came in at less then a week, went back to have installed this morning. Paul did tires, alignment and repair on oil pan. The whole establishment is clean, friendly and I highly recommend this business. Thank you gentlemen!”

“Went in to get the transmission rebuilt on my 98’ SHO. Was a very quick turn around time, and reasonably priced for the work. They have a very high attention to detail and photograph everything when diagnosing the vehicle to address issues you may not have known. Frank made sure to call and update as they went along for approvals for work and eta’s. After getting my vehicle back I ended up having a different issue pop up for the intake and valve covers. They worked with me on the pricing despite the problem with finding parts and got it back on the road again. She’s running like a top now with no issues, would highly recommend the gentleman at Cottman for transmission and general auto repair.”

“I have been here twice and this place is great! It is a little out of my way, but definitely worth it. The first time....New to the area and needed some work done on my truck. I knew what the issue was, water pump needing to be replaced. I had called 2 other places first, close to me, and when I told them the issue, I was treated like I was a moron. When I called Complete Car Care, I was spoken to like I had a clue, with respect. I absolutely appreciate that!! The second time....treated with the same respect.”
“I was routinely going to another Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers branch for my auto needs. However, after an upsetting and expensive experience, I decided not to return.
I needed a tire rotation/balance before going to an event. The service was covered under a warranty under Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. I decided to give this branch a try instead of going back to my usual one.
Unfortunately, there was another issue of concern and my simple rotation turned into a bigger service. I was hesitant about completing service at first given my most recent experience. Mack, the manager, was disappointed to hear about my negative experience at the other branch and offered a discount (even though it had nothing to do with his location/team). This was most appreciative. He was informative about the service needed. I completed the recommended service and was in and out in no time. Team members were all friendly. Having cold bottled water and pleasant music to listen to made the time go by fast. I will be back!”
