Larry and Sherry at the front desk are both happy, polite, and knowledgeable people who helped make this whole experience so much easier for me. They worked incredibly well with my insurance company and I had to do very little, which was a relief since the car issue had been very stressful for me. They're both incredibly knowledgeable. And Dom was my technician. He was very communicative throughout the job. He did such an amazing job repairing the car that it looks and feels brand new. It drives better, and even the wheels feel more aligned, which we all know is a rare blessing in South Carolina! Dom even finished my repair early. “They realyl helped me me. I needed new tires installed on my car same day. And no body had $600 to ge them from Firestone. So someone recommended that I give them a call. And sure enough they had some that was in my price range. The staff was really friendly. I had other questions about maintenance in my vehicles they answered. We contacted Gerber collision and they got us in for repair, assisted with our rental car, and finished the job within a week. The repair looks amazing, they even went above and beyond by by removing a door ding on the opposite side of our vehicle for no additional charge! Scott Mims was the technician who did our repair and it looks as good as new! I can’t say enough about how pleased we are!
