“Freightliner Excel has a great mechanic who specializes in wiring issues name Shane, he is very knowledgeable, polite, and will get the job done for you! My truck had some issues and he got me fixed!! Trevor is also a great manager, he listens to you and will help you along the way! Osha is a great service advisor, she will answer whatever questions you have and will make sure to communicate with you and keep you updated along the way! 10 stars for all of them!”

“The service department at this location is not customer oriented. Hyundai's warranty once was a legitimate reason to consider their line of vehicles in comparison to others with higher price ranges This service center negates the warranty services with incredibly long repair times, lack of loaner vehicles, and general lack of compassion of the customer's satisfaction.”
“Got my truck back after it being in the shop for about 7 weeks. It took a little longer than expected, but after seeing the final result, it was 100% worth it.
The quality of the work is on another level. The detail, the finish, everything is dialed in. They clearly didn’t rush it or cut corners just to hit a deadline, and that makes all the difference.
I’ll take a slightly longer turnaround for work done right every single time over getting something back quick that isn’t up to par. Too many places rush jobs and it shows. That didn’t happen here.
If you care about quality and want it done right the first time, this is the kind of work you’re getting. I’m extremely happy with how my truck turned out.”

I had a little problem with the lady in front desk regarding responding to phone contacts/emails. The guy, supervisor, who worked primaryly in the back, don't remember the name, was very professional.

“I got the pleasure of buying my 2026 Silverado trail boss from Cole at the Jim Hudson in Columbia. From over the phone to sitting at his desk the whole process was more than perfect. “Joe Hudson's is the only body shop town that be Mercedes dealership uses. They apparently are very busy and very slow but they seem to have done excellent body work. I would recommend them to anyone but make sure they understand that they won't be seeing their car again anytime soon!”
