I've banked here on and off in a couple of different capacities (small business account and personal mortgage). In both instances, I've found the staff here to be very friendly. Rico Snell, particularly, is great and always helpful and knowledgeable.

Needed some help today with some complicated banking issues. Expected a lot of problems but then we met First Horizons’ Rico Montell Snell.
