The best banking experience I've ever had was with this particular institution. Excellent client service was provided. They both showed a great deal of patience. They provided me with input regarding my company, listened to my worries, assisted me in opening a business bank account, offered to share my company with others, and were generally very friendly and helpful.I don't expect to be treated any differently from how they treated me when I tell you that I would never do business with another bank due to the high standards and bar they set. I'm overjoyed to have discovered this bank yesterday and got the chance to go today. It's not surprising that they have such a stellar reputation given the positive ratings. I don't know who the owner of this firm is, but they need to seriously promote these two since they make the business stand out from the rest.Choose a bank that values its clients and serves them with respect, like Ameris. “I’m a new customer. I changed my direct deposit to PCFCU. I didn’t make it before the cutoff with my payroll Department. So I got a paper check. I did the online deposit thing. But when I went to use my card the next day it was declined. So I went to the Clemson road branch. I explained the situation. The tell told me there was a hold on my payroll check until next week. I explained that my check was from a major employer and if I had to wait for this hold I’d have my next weeks pay. The teller told me to hold on and she would talk to the branch manager. A’zaria lucas come back and told me that it was taken care of. Thank you for your great customer service, professionalism and understanding. You and your manager are awesome. I found my new bank.
