“Best Bank ever. I was at the gas station on yesterday and used my debit card to purchase gas. I wasn't even out of the parking lot when I received a email from Woodforest letting me know that my card had just been compromised. The quick reaction from my bank saved me from being robbed of $226.00. They blocked the transaction and immediately closed my card. Great place to bank!!!”

On Tuesday, June 22, 2026, I felt frustrated as I walked into the credit union and went to Nikki Crosby. I explained that I paid the June bill electronically as usual on the credit union website which is recorded in the payment history. However, since the mobility company said they did not receive it, I paid the June bill again at the mobility office on the morning of June 22, 2026.
Nikki listened to my problem and started problem solving. First, she showed me how to recover deleted text messages to look for the usual company confirmation for June payment which I didn’t find. Then Nikki made several calls to her colleagues explaining the problem and trying to understand the disconnect.
Nikki told me to check with the mobility company after seven business days to see if they received the June payment. If the company has not received the payment, I will call Nikki and she will proceed with next steps.
Nikki had a peaceful demeanor, was professional and showed she cared about resolving my situation. I am thankful for the help she gave me and look forward to final resolution. Nikki went far beyond my expectations.
