Customers have reported encountering lazy employees who are reluctant to assist at the counter, instead insisting on the use of the store's new self-checkout kiosks. These kiosks, though aiming for a modern experience, have been known to scan items incorrectly or add them to the bill during the payment process, making it difficult for customers to make changes. However, not all experiences are negative. Ramone, one of the employees, is praised for his exceptional customer service and friendliness, earning him the admiration of a satisfied customer. Additionally, the store's assistant manager, Wesley, has been commended for his attentiveness, politeness, and maintaining clean store conditions, leading a customer to consider becoming a repeat customer.
Their Chicken and Swiss sandwich is one of my favorite meals they sell! The carrot cake is to die for! Always clean and polite employees when I visit the store.

Came in at around 10:30pm the day after Christmas. The lady at the front counter was so sweet, and genuinely just pleasant to talk to. She made me smile, wonderful customer service!
