This is the absolute slowest CVS i have ever been to in my life. I sat in the drive through pharmacy for 35 MINUTES before I even made it to the window and there were only TWO cars in the line ahead of me when I got here. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Wait time is extremely too long, especially in drive-thru. If the prescription isn’t available right away, patron should be asked to come back instead of holding up the “mile long” line.

Was waiting in line behind 2 cars and once I got to the window they closed it. I understand 5pm they close but I was waiting beforehand and there was no one behind me.

This is the most OVERBURDENED CVS on earth. I don’t blame the staff per se. I blame the CORPORATION. When our company basically got in bed with CVS I just CRINGED… knew it was gonna be like this… either it’s a ONE LANE drive thru 10 cars deep or a ten deep line at the pharmacy window. AND 60% of the time ITS BOTH. I would go elsewhere for the many meds we take but CVS gets better prices on our company script plans. Suggest you PLAN AHEAD BEFORE VISITING. HOPE FOR THE BEST BUT PLAN FOR THE WORST! You’ll NEVER just be in and out!
Edit: Now THIS I BLAME THE PHARMACIST…04/28… called pharmacy, left message about where my meds were… they call me back. Tell me they’re delivered and they’ll fill script immediately… I show up to window 4 hrs later… TELL ME THEYRE OUT OF STOCK THEN CHECK AGAIN… TELL ME ITS IN STOCK BUT HASNT BEEN FILLED…. THATS INCOMPETENCE!

The staff are always very friendly and they know what they are doing and I never have a problem when I visit this store it's always clean and everybody is personable and knowledgeable. This is a great store to shop in.

The CVS Killian Hill Rd location is well stocked and has many specialty cosmetic items that I really like. Clean store and very nice team members. Store is also easy to egress from multiple locations.

It’s 24 hrs and I’m still waiting on prescription to be filled . What a joke . I’ll never fill here again. The girl who was at the window when I came and check on my prescription to see how long it will be was so confused the day prior saying oh you just left her . I’m like no this my first time. Inning and she was acting as if she didny know what I was there for to execute her job. Rereading my prescription like 5 times out constantly saying my birthday . The while time I’m like yes that’s my birthday and what . CVS need to do a better job getting employees they hire. Don’t have to worry about me filling or buying anything from here again . Waiting over 24 hrs and having to drive to the store to inquire about pain killers when on krutches is insane .

This pharmacy is one of the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. Not only is the staff always rude, they TRULY seem like they do NOT want to help patients. And you can NEVER get through on the phone. That’s even more accurate today! I’ve been calling for two days to check on a RX that was transferred and it will only let me leave voicemails. Surprise no callback. I called the store and they said yes it’s a new AI system you can only leave a voicemail. LITERALLY CVS HAS STOPPED TAKING PATIENTS CALLS!!!?
So now I have to drive down there when I’m supposed to be in bedrest just to see if my RX WAS TRANSFERRED! when I get to the window they tell me it’s not time to pick up- I said I know this I just needed to make sure it was transferred and there were no issues as well as make sure you were running my discount card.
They did not have my card (idk why i always use it) so I told her I would give her the number. She said I had to come inside to do that. I could not give her the information at the drive thru! I’m supposed to be on bed rest and can barely walk. She said I can take your phone , but you cannot wait here at the window. YOU WANT TO TAKE MY PHONE WHILE I DRIVE AWAY? She said I can’t hold up the people waiting. excuse me .. I waited. I’m a patient, this is part of my transaction.
So I said “ DOES CVS JUST NOT WANT TO HELP PATIENTS ANYMORE???” And she again referred to people in line. I will never fill here again once I pick up my meds. I will pay MORE money for better service! Walgreens is way better for service!
Someone at CVS COORPORATE ACTUALLY sat down and presented the idea NOT to take patient phone calls any longer. And clearly more people agreed!

I pre-paid for my prescription on the app so it would not take long for me to pick it up. I paid for it. 24 hours after the prescription was ready. Two days later I went to pick up the prescription and the young lady, Charlize, had to be called to come assist me. I told her I was there to pick up my prescription. She walked away from the register and went to the drop off counter and looked down as she was checking something written down on the counter and came back and said that the prescription was not there. She stated that my prescription was returned, I told her that that’s not possible because it hasn’t been a week since the prescription was filled. She never bothered to check the prescriptions. She appeared to be slightly delayed, so I am assuming she may not know protocol in the pharmacy.I would prefer if someone that someone is experienced at Customer Service when dealing with customers, especially with their prescriptions I did not get my prescription and have to go back to pick up my prescriptions hoping someone else will be at the counter to help me

This pharmacy is a disgrace, They are rude.
And the prescriptions that they text to inform you are ready never are, If you call, they never answer the phone, My medication has been messed up more than once, but they have always said I'm at fault. My autofill is never ready. And they always seem to be on back order with medications. I had had enough and transferred my medications to Another business Which called This CVS for the transfer. And when I went in today to pick up the script that I had ready, they had pull it and put it back on the shelf because of the transfer of the future prescriptions. And this came out of the mouth of the pharmacist. I cannot believe a business like this exist, they supposed to care About people's well-being And after reading so many reviews, they do not care for the minor sickness in people. Serious sickness in people or terminal sickness in people.I as well as many others will never trust or Utilize this CVS again ¡
