The staff are always very friendly and they know what they are doing, and the store is always clean and everybody is personable and knowledgeable. The CVS Killian Hill Rd location is well stocked and has many specialty cosmetic items, and the store is also easy to egress from multiple locations. Customers have had a great drive-thru lab COVID testing experience, with the team member walking them through the whole test process and keeping the car line moving.
Drive thru usually is a long wait. Its improved lately. Depends on the line. In the store I have to go to self serve because no one is up front to wait on you. Not good.

The staff at this CVS Pharmacy are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes people forget they are human too but this staff does not!! Always go above and beyond!!
