Seriously!!! Who manages this place??!!! Throw the entire store in the trash!!! There is ALWAYS an issue with picking up prescriptions here ALWAYS!!! Everyone in the pharmacy is incompetent! I hate this store so much. I am done! I wish I could give you all 0 stars!!!

Worst pharmacy on the planet....filthy, disheveled, rude staff, standoffish and arrogant pharmacist, no accountability. Online prescriptions delayed for no reason as many other reviewers have stated.....that's it, I'm done with these clowns.

Every month feels like I have to handle a full-on HOSTAGE negotiation over my pills. If I could give a 0, I probably would.I have been with CVS for my medications for well over a decade now, and within the last year, everything has started to go downhill. I have no idea what has happened, but It’s insane.There is always an issue with trying to get my meds now, ranging from my insurance suddenly being wrong, my RX expiring before it’s supposed to, and they can never reach my doctor when they need to, which leaves me to have to figure it out every single time completely on my own This process can take days, and I’m often missing my meds in the meantime.My refill-cycle this month was somehow 35 whole days despite my pills being 28!!! I don’t get it. Not to mention Auto-refill is completely useless, they somehow never have my pills ready even when I get the text that they are. I’ve always been happy with this place, but something is seriously wrong with their systems and how they function now.I’ve happily transferred my pills to finally end this is awful cycle of monthly anger. Everything else about this CVS is fantastic, but if you plan to keep your meds here via this pharmacy, be prepared to absolutely hate your life every time you need your stuff. Sorry!

Only one person is working. Even when you prepay online for your meds it still takes them 1 hour to get. Even with the barcode stating it’s ready for pick up

They gave me a 90 day supply of medicine that says expired in 53 days. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told that I was wrong and that the label says it expires in a year. The lady I spoke with was very rude and basically called me a liar. You can see on the label that it states discard after: 10/30/2023

All of my prescriptions are on auto-fill. Three days after one was supposed to be filled, it still shows in process. Wait in line at drive thru to only be told it’s not ready because the Pharmacist has been busy giving flu shots. Assured it would be expedited. Go into the store today to be told the medication is out of stock.Currently thinking about transferring all prescriptions!

If there was a 0 option I would give them that. 2 days now I have been calling them to transfer my prescription. They or to busy or it would be the next day. Ridiculous!!! What if it was life saving medicine like insulin. Blows my mind. Don’t get me started on the customer service

Don't trying calling this CVS to speak to a pharmacy team member! They typically don't answer their phones despite me waiting on hold for over 45+ minutes each time with me finally having to give up! They can't be that busy that they can't answer calls from customers!!!!

Prescription never ready when told so online. Everytime I come I have to wait 40mins - hour for a prescription that says it was ready hours prior to arrival. Truly horrible . And sometimes they make you wait forever to tell you they are out of stock.

Black girl with glasses at pharmacy window has a nasty attitude for no reason. Doesn’t greet or thank patients. Look at them with a frown.On my receipt her name says boualoyMaybe that’s why she’s upset with the world.

Scheduled an appointment. Arrive 10 minutes early. They tell me to wait a couple minutes. I waited 40 minutes and then they canceled the appointment. They didn’t even tell me what was going on. The person behind the counter, staring at their computer screen, but didn’t communicate to me or apologize for the long wait.Then I went up to Walgreens up the road, and they took care of me wonderfully .
