Literally the Service Department Sucks. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't answer questions about the car. Very weird service department

Service department at its worse. Try to find a different ford service dealership before coming here bc there's no communication whatsoever.

We came to the service department to have a check engine light code read. They we're friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We recommend the service department highly!
