I had a very good experience with the manger of the Chanel counter! I think her name was Tonya. She was very kind and helpful, I couldn’t find the perfume i was looking for, so she gave me recommendations, and a lot of samples for my grandma, who loved them. Overall, great customer service and lovely attitude :)

Cynthia Smith was sooo helpful in the Tommy Bahamas men’s section .. she helped me prepare for a cruise and helped pick out all of my clothes. Would definitely recommend her to everyone

The sales rep Katie in perfume was amazing!! I was looking to find a gift for my wife, she greeted me with a friendly smile.
