While in the store I noticed that Jaydah was kind to customers and the store employees that she managed. I am sure that is why all the store employees I encountered were pleasant, kind and seemed happy in their work environment.”

“on Friday 7/3/26 , my mom & I went shopping for some bras and a lovely lady named Emily l. Helped me pick out the perfect bras. You can tell she really cares about her job and Makes sure her customers get the best purchases. She told me what bra size I was & Made sure the bras fit perfect! she helped me for 30 minutes trying to find the perfect bra even even when i was contemplating . She was very patient, beautiful, nice and a kind lady!!! If any of you are looking into getting new bras or even lingerie, Emily at Dillards is a great sales associate that will get you the best bras, pjs, sizing, lingerie etc !!! “They have some great clothing compared to the civilian chains. There are also some very hard-working underpaid people in there… Layla at the jewelry counter… Arelis in Electronics. The friendly lady upfront who handles returns from the Philippines (I think).and so many others like Matt in Garden. I always enjoy coming to the PX! “Units are clean and well protected. Only complaint is a drop shipping company rents a few units so early morning is crowded by drivers picking packages up. It was pretty annoying trying to get in and out.”

“Walked into this store last week and was stunned. It looked like a brand new store! Everything was so organized and neat. The store was never bad but this was a huge improvement. Talked with one of staff named Janet and she was a delight. I’m not sure if she was in leadership or not but if not, she should be! I have worked in a similar type of store so I know the pay is not much so clearly the staff here is working far harder than the pay reflects.”
“4/22/26 I shopped upstairs in the Kim Rogers & Crown & Ivy sections of the Belk at Columbiana Mall. The 2 employees working were Keshia & Racheal. I was overwhelmed trying to find tops for my skirts & shorts. Keshia walked around with me in her department & helped me match every pair with a beautiful top. Then she gave me her opinion on each outfit as I tried each one on. Racheal held down the register alone while Keshia helped me & Racheal checked me out. This kindness & helpfulness is not the norm these days. Thank you ladies for going over & beyond your job duties to make my shopping experience very pleasant. I will return to shop there again!!! These ladies deserve commendations & raises. They are model employees.”
